Lately, I have been getting the question “who your top favorite DJs in electronic music?” That’s a tough question, isn’t it? I’ve decided that the best way to answer this question (instead of just listing of countless DJs) by sharing a break down of one of my all-time favorite electronic group: Above and Beyond.

Above and Beyond is a UK electronic group consisting of three DJ’s: Jono Grant, Tony McGuinness, and Paavo Siljamäki. These three DJs linked together back in 2000 to form A&B. Since then, they have produced and performed music that harmoniously vibrates the hearts and ears of millions of listeners around the world. Many fans have traveled across or outside the country to attend one of their sets. A&B’s connection with their fans is something I’ve never witnessed, including fans having their favorite lyrics inked on their body to couples getting engaged during their shows.

Whatever the magic maybe, it goes beyond just “typical electronic music.” No matter if it’s the moment where thousands of fans are passionately singing back every word in a crowd full of hundreds or the millions of fans that tuned in every Friday for Group Therapy radio. A&B’s messages always generate good vibes.

Here are my favorite tracks from Above and Beyond.

Above & Beyond & Alex Vargas
Album: We Are All We Need
“Sticky Fingers”
“Get your sticky fingers out of my head.”
Everyone has had their own “sticky fingers” lingering you feel you need to release from your mental.
Above & Beyond & Zoë Johnston
Album: We Are All We Need
“We’re All We Need”
This track would make any trance lover gratified.
Uplifting, beautiful voice of  Zoë Johnston with groovy beats.
Above & Beyond & Richard Bedford

“Sun and Moon”

There is a lot of passion that you can get lost in it.

So, while it may not a collection of my favorite DJs, if you want to know what I’m listening to these days, my favorite tracks from Above and Beyond should give you some great insight into what’s playing on my headphones these days.
