Browncoat is a term with two meanings. One is a nickname for the Independence fighters in the television series Firefly. The other refers to fans of the aforementioned series.

Well fans of Firefly are still going strong ten years later and we want to celebrate! Join us on Saturday, August 18th from 4-6 Pm for raffles, Firefly/Serenity Trivia, Origami Demonstrations, and Live Music from Paul Knight that will include a Hero of Canton Sing-A-Long!

Bring a canned food donation for the United Food Bank in Mesa and be entered to win a $50 Bookmans Gift Card and two tickets to see Serenity on Sunday, September 16th with your fellow Arizona Browncoats.

The Arizona Browncoats is best described as a fan-based social and charitable movement. With monthly "shindig's and the annual "Can't Stop The Serenity" screening and fundraiser the Arizona Browncoats are always in motion to keep the fandom alive. Visit their website for more information!
