We adore our pets more than most things in life. From the never-ending game of fetch to that feeling when you give them a huge hug after an out-of-town trip, they are a buddy like no other. We'll be celebrating that time-honored bond with our pooches this Saturday at Doggy-Palooza from noon to 1 p.m. at Bookmans Phoenix.

Give your pup something to bark about with a few out-of-the-ordinary luxurious dog themed freebies featured and this weekend's event. Dr. Warner will provide free canine massage therapy demos, Kikis Cupcake Service will give away free gourmet pupcakes in delicious flavors like apple cream cheese, and Bookmans will provide silly props for you and your dog to dress up and snap a fun photo within our book stacks and send you home with a free print. Don't forget to bring a can or box of dog food to donate to the Arizona Humane Society. By doing so, you'll automatically be entered to win a gift card for dog spa services at Hug N' Pups Grooming Salon. We'll have a few other raffles to enter for other dog pampering treatments and a freebie for anyone who brings their dog on a leash.
