Liiisten! We're here to celebrate ten years with Bookmans Mesa's Customer Service Supervisor Laura Keirsey. If you walk into the far back corner of Bookmans Mesa, you will see a beautifully eclectic blend of housewares, collectives and tchotchkes. Laura works with the staff to ensure we have the best of the best in our Gallery area for your shopping pleasures.

To celebrate a decade of Laura with Bookmans, we brought out Laura's favorites. A table with her favorites including white roses, Chai Tea and stunning silver were laid out for our Queen of the day! When we asked Laura to make a speech, she makes it short and sweet. "These last ten years have flown past. I care a great deal for my co-workers and this job. Thank you for this beautiful party," she says. She even shares with us memories from previous jobs that include being tricked into a trip to a strip club.

Bookmans employees love to eat. Each employee potluck Laura brings in the most amazing, mouth-watering pot of beans, so we decided to shower her with homemade cerviche (not literally) and a taco bar catered by Taqueria Guadalajara that was made freshly on site. The neighboring businesses' mouths had to be watering. Ours definately were!
