Bookmans Speedway's very own Lex Elias and his band Some of Them Are Old celebrate the release their new CD Little Boys at 9 p.m. on Saturday, September 29 at Plush in Tucson. The party promises to ROCK!

The concept behind SOTAO is all about collaboration. "I started the band with the idea that anyone who wanted to join could, and everyone would have a voice," says Lex. This took the band to its current lineup of talent: Lex, Joseph Elias, Mike Welborn, Lucas Steele, Monique Ceballos and Mario Cordova.

Little Boys is the fruit of a year's work together and the songwriting kept to the collaborative spirit of the band. The result is "experimental rock 'n' roll, multilayered with heavy textures and a full thick sound." The evening's festivities include special guests Vannessa Lundon and Tell Me Something Good and Hairsprayfireandgirls. Door prizes, free buttons, cake n' glow sticks will be available plus there will be an NES give away.
