Bookmans summons the undead for their first ever Zombie Fair. Honoring the monstrous villains will be The Zombie Walk, The Slaughter House, Tucson Comic Con and Summit Hut. Skulk into Bookmans for a ghoulish all-ages (but not for the faint of heart) event from noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 15 at Bookmans Speedway.

 

 

Zombie enthusiasts will enjoy:

• Free zombie makeovers (while supplies last) from the Zombie Walk.
• Free Bookmans photo booth.
• Free walk through of The Slaughter House’s 30-foot mobile haunted house.
• Free take away goodie (while supplies last).
• Meet and greet the Tucson Comic Con team and artists Eric Schock, Arnie Burmudez and Matthew "Zip" Howard. Artists will be signing and selling their work as well as creating zombie portrait drawings.
• A survivalist presentation table by Summit Hut.
• Play the highly praised "Zombies Ate My Neighbors" – Rated "E" for everyone.
• Watch the original 1968 classic Night of the Living Dead.
• Raffle of a signed copy of The Zombie Survival Guide and World War Z along with other prizes.
• Registration for The Zombie Walk and ticket sales for The Slaughter House.

The Zombie Fair precedes other creepy events at Bookmans this month. Lovers of All Things Spooky can fix their zombie gaze on Bookmans' free double feature in the Bookmans Grant Park(ing Lot) with Wallace and Gromit Curse of the Were-Rabbit and Beetlejuice on Saturday, Oct. 29. Additionally they can creep around Teen Night-Monster Mash at Bookmans Ina on Friday, Oct. 21 and Mystery Science Theater 3000 lovers can feast on the first ever Bookmans Spoof’n Cinema Monday, Oct. 24 at the Temple of Music and Art.

Heard about the zombie walk in Pittsburg and fell in Love. Im so excited to hear that it's here in Tucson.Im so glad we went to Slaughter House lastnight. And thanks to Bookmans I can pick up a few zombie make-up tips today
