Amy will introduce the fundamental of yoga while leading us though a well-rounded class. Find out how yoga can help you build inner and outer flexibility, strength, and balance. Open to those with no previous experience, to experienced practitioners who want to reconnect with the basics, and to everyone in between.
Introducing Amy Vaughn – Amy teaches a gentle style of hatha yoga with compassion and humor. She is also the author of two books: Yoga to Ease Anxiety and From the Vedas to Vinyasa: An Introduction to the History and Philosophy of Yoga.
