Shiver me timbers! Our super successful, first official Bookmans Treasure Hunt -- The Search For Local Business Booty had us skipping down the aisles. Many thanks to the Local First Arizona business that hid the prize package including Tower Theater tickets and to our devoted fans who used their noggins and the clues to find the booty (you sprogs brought tears to our eyes). Though we distributed no doubloons, each prize package was worth $30 and in this economy we could all use some awesomely free stuff.

We had so much fun with this one that we've commissioned additional explorations. Any squiffy landlubber can participate. You don't need be able to read the stars, just the clues via Twitter from @BookmansTucson or other Bookmans Twitter streams as we add new markets. Don't flog yourself if you didn't figure this one out in time because we will have another one next month. The last week of February we will announce new treasure in Tucson and will be hiding the prize at another Local First Arizona business that we feel you buccaneers would love as much as we do.
