We are sad to announce that the Tucson Festival of Books has been canceled this year, but don’t worry Tucson! On Saturday, March 14th, we will be featuring authors in our store.

Meet the Authors:

About Melissa Koberlein:

Melissa Koberlein is an author and professor in eastern Pennsylvania where she lives with her husband and their two daughters. Her passion for stories comes from an imaginative childhood where every day ended with a book.

She enjoys reading and writing about the spectacular, sci-fi, technology, and romance. She embraces her geekiness and enjoys sharing it with the world. Fireflies, a young adult trilogy, melding romance and light science fiction is a fun and quirky allegory for the future of nanotechnology. She’s also written about virtual reality (Deadlock), space (Raven’s Sphere), and androids (Her newest series, Ashwater). But don’t let the sci-fi elements deter you, there’s lots of humor and heart.

About Jessica Feinberg:

Jessica Feinberg is a quirky creator who is best known for mixing mundane and magic in her paintings of wildlife, trees, dragons, faeries, clockwork, and strange creatures. She writes and illustrates books including field guides to fantastical creatures, coloring books, and more! She has also created decks of playing cards, oracle decks, and games.

She currently resides in Tucson, Arizona with coyotes, faeries, dragons, roadrunners, jackalopes, six crazy cats, and her awesome boyfriend.

About Eric Wood:

Eric Wood is a YA speculative writer from Traverse City Michigan. The Horsemen- Embers of the Old World and The Horsemen- Fire and The Free City are the first books in a trilogy set 20 years after the Horsemen virus has decimated the world’s population. It is a fast-paced action that also explores what it means to be human while discovering the dangerous origin of the virus itself.

Her first children’s picture book Horace Henway Brushes It Off for Ages 4-8 was published in 2019. She is the creator of Pollywogs books that encourage visual development in babies. Her first high-contrast book is Focused On Shapes for Ages 0-12 months. Born and raised in the Deep South, Arthur now calls Tucson home.

About Jeff Mann:

Jeff’s new book, “ALL OUT: A How-To Guide for Living Semi-Gracefully After A Misspent Youth” is out NOW. It’s an unauthorized, unapologetic survival manual for rockers who want to keep on rolling! Think of it as the self-help book Lemmy from Motorhead might have written but never did. This is coming out just in time for you rockers who made New Year’s Resolutions to get in shape, eat better or reach goals.
