She grew up with real estate in her blood, since her dad was an active real estate agent in the Phoenix area for almost 40 years! Lianne has been a full-time real estate agent since 2014. She also helps the other agents at Occasio Realty by serving as the Managing Broker. Lianne works by referral because she believes that relationships are more important than transactions. She believes that you deserve more from the professional you decide to work with, so she dedicates herself fully to the activities that benefit you most. When she’s not helping people buy & sell real estate in the Valley of the Sun, she plays board games, reads urban fantasy novels, and plays Dungeons & Dragons as a halfling fighter. Lianne and her husband enjoy chasing their daughter around, and cannot wait to share their nerdy hobbies with her.
