What if a small change in your diet made a world of difference?

Registered Dietician, local author and blogger Jason Pawloski is coming to Bookmans Phoenix to talk about his new book, Foods for Thought. When you improve your diet, says Jason, you improve other areas of wellness and discover striking improvements in digestive health and mental wellbeing.

Jason will discuss…

  1. why he wrote Foods for Thought
  2. why the book is divided into 3 parts
  3. and share a short excerpt from the book!

Concluded with a Q&A!

RSVP is not required but is appreciated! RSVP to phoenixevents@bookmans.com

Jason Pawloski, MS, RDN, has been a personal trainer and registered dietician for over 15 years. With a Master’s degree in nutrition and a Bachelor’s in dietetics, Jason believes daily food choices impact all aspects of wellbeing; including mood, energy and mental health. Jason has worked in a variety of specialty clinics from bariatrics (weight loss surgery), to cancer centers, to cardiac rehab and diabetes clinics, to child rehab, and family medicine clinics.

Foods for Thought introduces you to difficult topics — depression, chronic inflammation, gut-brain axis, ketogenic diet, intermittent fasting — and helps you find which foods and eating patterns are important for your health and lifestyle. Foods for Thought helps you understand the established links between diet, lifestyle, and some of the most troubling mental illnesses.
