Join us for a morning of songs and stories with Lindsey Roman, the current Miss Grand Canyon State. Lindsey’s service initiative is called L.E.A.R.N. with Lindsey. “When I learned that only 40% of Arizona students read at grade level, I knew I had to take action. I dove into learning why literacy rates become so low and how I can help. That’s when I learned about family literacy and the best way we can nurture our families to be well literate.”

Children of all ages are welcome to join Bookmans and Miss Lindsey for lots of reading fun!
