Bookmans Speedway is looking for Crafty Customers to sell their creations and to lead crafting workshops  for the public. Bookmans loves creativity and we love re-purposing and upcycling. Tucson artists are highly skilled in these two areas. So, what is your talent?

Tucson is fortunate to play host to the Gem and Mineral show each February and jewelry design is popular in the Old Pueblo. Why not share your beautiful creations and earn Trade Credit while you’re at it? Bookmans Speedway looks for unusual, one-of-a-kind jewelry creations. Bring yours in and let us have a look.

We also love textiles. Do you knit or crochet? Winter, such as it is in Tucson, is headed our way and our customers will be on the hunt for cold weather fashions. Bright colors and creative designs are in style, and our buyers will pay for on-trend, funky and useful creations.

One of our Crafty Customers uses delicate floral patterned china cups and saucers to make homeopathic candles. Another uses drift wood to create lizard sculptures that look amazing from all angles. Take a look in our Art Cube where we display upcycled buttons, mechanical parts, vintage books, handmade paper and other handmade works. It can spur your creativity to make a masterpiece of your own.

Cloth dolls, photo collages, personalized pins, painted boxes, sculpture, jewelry and housewares are only the beginning! Use your imagination, collect interesting supplies and get to work for your own enjoyment or to share with others. Crafty Customers are welcome at Bookmans Speedway.
