Your entry gets you in the running to win a $500 Bookmans shopping spree just in time for the holidays! Read the rules and regulations carefully,  give as much as you can to support children’s literacy in Arizona, and enter to win.

Bookmans Rules and Regulations:

I. NAME OF SPONSOR

Bookmans Entertainment Exchange (Hereinafter collectively referred to as “Sponsor”).

II. ELIGIBILITY

There is no age restriction on participation in Bookmans If You Give a Child a Book Campaign Thank You Prize Draw

III. RELEASES

Bookmans If You Give a Child a Book Campaign Thank You Prize Draw participants release Bookmans Entertainment Exchange (including but not limited to current employees, independent contractors, vendors, and interns) and any respective successors (“Released Parties”) from any claims, loss, or damage, arising directly or indirectly, from participation in Bookmans If You Give a Child a Book Campaign Thank You Prize Draw.

Entrants authorize Bookmans Entertainment Exchange and all Released Parties to retain all publicity rights for all Bookmans If You Give a Child a Book Campaign Thank You Prize Draw. Participants may be photographed and/or videotaped for promotional purposes for use on the Bookmans Entertainment Exchange website(s) and social media platforms, worldwide in perpetuity. Sponsor is not obliged to use any aforementioned materials collected for promotional purposes, to be used at Sponsor’s discretion, but may opt to do so without further obligation or compensation.

IV. MISCELLANEOUS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who interferes with Bookmans If You Give a Child a Book Campaign Thank You Prize Draw at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or restructure contest in the event of interference or other circumstances as deemed fit by Sponsor.

V. DATES

Bookmans If You Give a Child a Book Campaign Thank You Prize Draw entries are open beginning September 3, 2021, at the start of the day, and continue to be offered to customers until September 10, 2021. Customers have until end of day September 10, 2021, to enter the Bookmans If You Give a Child a Book Campaign Thank You Prize Draw.

VI. WINNER CHOOSING

Bookmans will select a Bookmans If You Give a Child a Book Campaign Thank You Prize Draw winner no later than September 30, 2021. The winning entrant form will be drawn by Sponsor and the winner shall be contacted via information provided on the form. Winners have five (5) days from initial contact by Sponsor to claim their $500 Bookmans shopping spree. After five (5) days without reply, Sponsor will select another winner.

VII. SHOPPING SPREE TERMS

Sponsor designates which of two (2) potential Bookmans locations the Bookmans If You Give a Child a Book Campaign Thank You Prize Draw prize winner may utilize for their $500 Shopping Spree prize.

Only two (2) Bookmans stores are participating in the Bookmans If You Give a Child a Book Campaign Thank You Prize Draw, Bookmans Phoenix and Bookmans Mesa. No other Bookmans stores or event spaces will accept entries for this contest nor are they an option for the winner to collect or use their prize.

Winner agrees to participate in all Bookmans-driven social media and online sharing of the Bookmans If You Give a Child a Book Campaign Thank You Prize Draw Shopping Spree event.

The event date and time may be chosen by the winner at Sponsor’s discretion. Prior arrangements for the Bookmans If You Give a Child a Book Campaign Thank You Prize Draw Shopping Spree date and time must be discussed and arranged no less than one (1) week ahead of time. Sponsor reserves the right to determine availability for Bookmans If You Give a Child a Book Campaign Thank You Prize Draw Shopping Spree.

Sponsor reserves the right to alter or change any contest rules at Sponsor’s discretion without prior notification.
