Paper Craft Classes at Bookmans Mesa

Bookmans Mesa offers an assortment of adult craft classes. Past classes include altered book art, cigar box art, Dia de los Muertos prayer candles and embellished holiday tag art. We have a wide assortment of crafts available in store to purchase and often we draw our inspiration from what comes in over our trade counters. As any good bookstore should, we host many paper craft classes.

While paper and stamp classes are our bread and butter, we enjoy learning new skills from our creative craft teachers! Earlier this month we used tea bags as a staining technique. This quick and cheap way to effectively age and antique any paper craft especially enhances recycled works.

As with all of our events, these art classes are free and the supplies are provided. We welcome new crafters every month, however space is limited. Check our Events Calendar regularly for the next scheduled class, then stop in or call to get signed up. Let’s get Crafting!
